Canadianul avea site-ul MikeRoweSoft.com, care "se citeste" foarte asemanator cu Microsoft. greedy91 Posted July 6, 2008 Share Posted July 6, 2008 din cate stiu eu nu ai voie : la produse daca folosesti numele si acel nume este marca inregistrata , te pot da in judecata la nume de persoane faimoase daca le folosesti numele pentru interese personale fara sa le intrebi iar te pot da in judecata iar la companii daca le folosesti brandul te dau in judecata pentru ca le faci reclama din urma careia ei nu obtin profit ... deci ai grija :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Cam asta "castigi": Microsoft vs MikeRoweSoftMicrosoft replied back, offering to pay his out-of-pocket expenses in return for the domain name. However, this came out at only $10, insulting Rowe. He responded, asking instead for $10,000. However, in doing this, he unwittingly fulfilled one of the criteria for proving a bad faith domain registration as set out in the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy; namely, that as Rowe had offered to sell the domain name to the company for profit, it was considered evidence that he had no right or legitimate interest in the domain name. Microsoft declined the offer, and later that month sent a cease and desist order spanning 25 pages, arguing that Rowe had always intended to sell the domain name for profit - thus appearing to be cybersquatting - and insisting that the ownership of the domain was transferred to them. Odata ce ai reusit sa il cumperi , inseamna ca e disponibil , l`ai achizitionat ,deci e al tau. In cel mai rau caz esti dat in judecata si cel mai probabil castigi o intelegere foarte avantajoasa. Nu esti primul care se ocupa cu asa ceva in tara. PoC Posted July 10, 2008 Share Posted July 10, 2008 Eu stiu asa, cat timp domeniul este liber il poti cumpara, a fost o problema la astral acum cativa ani, domeniul astral.ro era cumparat de altcineva si ei aveau astralnet.ro, si s-au judecat si pana la urma astra a platit pentru domeniul astral.ro, asa ca nu cred ca are vreo importanta, pot sa imi cumpar ebay.la, atat timp cat pagina mea nu are nici o legatura cu ebay.com, nu au de ce sa ma dea in judecata.
