Filmele biografice Green Book şi Bohemian Rhapsody plus drama Roma au fost marile câştigătoare la cea de-a 76-a ediţie a galei Globurilor de Aur, care a avut loc, duminică seară, la Los Angeles. The Americans şi The Kominsky Method au fost desemnate cele mai bune seriale.
Bohemian Rhapsody a fost desemnat cea mai bună dramă, contracandidații au fost BlackKklansman, If Beale Street Could Talk și A Star Is Born, iar Rami Malek (Bohemian Rhapsody) a luat premiul de interpretare pentru un rol dramatic.
Roma a fost ales cel mai bun film străin, iar regizorul său, Alfonso Cuarón, a fost numit cel mai bun regizor.
Premiul pentru cel mai bun film de animaţie i-a revenit lui Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
