Consolidarea masei musculare se obtine cu mult efort si cu multe compromisuri.  Multa transpiratie si alimentatie cat mai consistenta pot fi secretele  unei mase musculare  bine conturate si muschi bine tonifiati.

In primul rand  exercitiile fizice si dieta sunt responsabile pentru acumularea  eficienta a masei musculare. Muschii trebuiesc intretinuti odata formati, asa ca nu trebuie sa ne lasam de exercitii fizice ci sa ne antrenam in continuu pentru a ne intretine musculatura.
